Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus issued by Smart Asia Chemical Bhd dated 2 May 2024.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 2 May 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 13 May 2024.

In the event there is any change to the timetable, we will advertise a notice of change in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspaper within Malaysia and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Securities website accordingly.
